WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Take an active role in project ramp-up activities and customer project launches
- Take the lead in preparing for customer visits, audits, and quality-related workshops
- Ensure smooth communication and professional handling of customer claims
- Lead and follow up corrective actions using the 8D problem-solving methodology
- Drive and secure the PPAP process implementation
- Maintain and improve customer-specific quality documentation
- Conduct internal audits according to VDA or IATF standards (advantage)
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to meet customer expectations
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Degree in engineering/technical field, or any comparable qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer quality management
- Solid experience in project ramp-up and customer communication
- Strong knowledge of the PPAP process and 8D methodology
- Advantage: VDA 6.3 / IATF 16949 system auditor qualification
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (German language skills are an advantage)
- Customer-focused, open-minded, and proactive personality
- Willingness to travel occasionally
