WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Support the organization development of the defined departments´ in the company
- Headcount planning, development in consultation with the management
- Optimising, enforcing and implementing HR processes
- Participation in HR projects
- Preparing monthly reports for the Management and for HR controlling
- HR and labour law related support for employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendment and termination
- Responsible for job descriptions and competency matrix of the organization
- Coordinating and carrying out applicant selection tasks in the recruitment process
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed B.Sc. or M.Sc. studies with a focus on human resources, economics or related field
- Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in HR controlling
- Project management
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- High social competence and moderation skills
- Independent, goal-oriented way of working as well as strong communication and coordination skills
- Good written and spoken English knowledge, German language skill is an advantage
- Fluent Hungarian language knowledge
