WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Order processing from quotation through sales order to delivery
- Participation in developing, planning SAP SD modul processes
- Cooperation and coordination with relevant stakeholders affected in the processes
- Inserting the contract contents into the SAP system for implementation
- Interface to Material management with regard to parts tracking and delivery readiness
- Proactive monitoring, tracking of the fulfillment of preconditions, milestones, process steps and, if necessary, timely initiation of corrective
- Generation of required delivery documents and/or their collection from relevant departments,
- Role-specific support of the sales, commercial, program, finance organization in projects
- Cooperaiton with finance in Applying for and pursuing guarantees, letters of credit and financing such as currency hedging and letters of credit (LoC)
- Participatin on Order Center regular cooperation meetings,
- Reporting to the head of the Commercial department on operational issues making analysis, reports of SAP SD modul processes.
- Creating sales forecasts based on incoming sales information
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed BsC or MsC studies, ideally with a focus on economics and/or finance
- Ability to work with large amount of data, capability to do precise administrative work in various database
- Strong communication skills
- High level of commitment, stress resistance, reliability and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Good analytical and conceptual skills as well as good organizational and implementation skills
- Willingness to undertake national and international business trips (20 working days per year)
- Strong MS knowledge, especially excel
- SAP experience is advantage
- Excellent knowledge of written and intermediate knowledge of spoken English and Hungarian
