WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Creating and maintaining process documentations
- Day to day administrative and organizational support, e.g. preparation of documents, presentations coordination and following up on meetings
- Preparation and execution of Hungarian and English correspondence with internal and external interfaces
- Agenda preparation for meetings, workshops
- Handling sensitive and confidential information
- Involvement of process mapping / developing
- Implementation and alignment of documentation with the documents in the integrated management system (IMS) system
- Tracking and control of schedules and reminders for open tasks
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed training at a high level or a university degree in business administration, economics or comparable training
- Experience in company management, document management or process development is a major advantage
- Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) are required
- Self-organization and communication skills
- Language skills: written and spoken English and Hungarian, German is an advantage
