WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt., a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for a Transportation coordinator for performing the following main tasks:
- Organizing and tracking domestic and international shipments
- Registering transports in the electronic registration system
- Liaising with carriers and subcontractors
- Handling and archiving shipping documents (shipping notes, invoices)
- Participate in the customs clearance procedure
- Monitoring the operation and maintenance of the company’s truck fleet
- Optimizing costs through transport planning
- Analyzing and optimizing loading and delivery processes
- Cooperating with other departments and partners
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety requirements
- Participating in daily operational meetings
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Secondary education
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics
- Experience in freight forwarding and transport organization as well as in the customs clearance process
- User-level proficiency in MS Office programs
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Experience in international ADR freight forwarding is an advantage as well as a degree in logistics or economics
- SAP ERP system knowledge is preferred
