As a Digital UI/UX Designer at Yettel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, conducting usability testing, and ensuring our IT delivery aligns with our UI/UX goals.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Create Wireframes and Designs: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new propositions for various digital platforms. Ensure these designs are ready for testing and development.
- Customer Journey Improvement: Continuously analyze and enhance the customer journey, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests with actual customers to gather feedback and insights. Use this data to refine and optimize designs.
- Monitor IT Delivery: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that the final product aligns with the original UI/UX designs. Make necessary adjustments to the design based on technical constraints and feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to deliver cohesive and user-centric solutions.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and competitive.
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your Digital design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
