The wait is over. After weeks of preparation, we're excited to align Hungary’s platform under the wherewework umbrella. This strategic move aligns with our global vision to create a unified, internationally recognized platform, while staying committed to our mission of transparency in the job market.
The new digital publication focusing on the labor market launching in Hungary, is presenting the country’s 50 highest-rated companies annually.
The ranking highlights businesses that stand out in terms of work culture, benefits, and career opportunities, as rated by employees.
The career platform wherewework.hu (formerly Munkahelyeink.hu) has published the 2025 special edition of its employer catalog, featuring the ranking of Hungary’s 50 most attractive companies from an employee perspective. The TOP 50 BEST EMPLOYERS TO WORK FOR IN 2025 catalog recognizes employers that make genuine and credible efforts to enhance employee satisfaction.
As a first-time release, the publication aims to provide employees with valuable insights for choosing their workplaces while offering feedback to employers on the effectiveness of their employer branding strategies. The ranking follows a transparent and reliable methodology based exclusively on real employee feedback, ensuring an authentic representation of companies across various industries.
"Over the past four years, the wherewework network has not only built a ranking but also fostered a professional community that supports transparency and balance in the labor market. This achievement would not have been possible without the anonymous feedback of employees, which helps shape an accurate picture of companies in Hungary. We are grateful to them, as well as to the companies that prove year after year that transparency and respect for people are the foundation of long-term success. We hope our ranking continues to inspire companies to strengthen their relationships with employees and serve as a reliable guide for those seeking new job opportunities” - said Costin Tudor, CEO of wherewework.
