1. INTRODUCTION & APPLICABLE LAW
The website www.wherewework.hu (hereinafter: the "Site") aims to collect, organize, and provide data, insights, and opinions related to employers, workplaces, and working environments in Hungary, from sources independent of the employers in question.
The Site enables individuals who have been or intend to be in a professional or employment relationship with a Hungarian employer to share their experiences. Additionally, it stores and shares public interest content on topics such as human resources, the labor market, salaries, and employment legislation. This information is presented through articles and forum-style discussions, sourced either internally or from public websites.
Both individuals and legal entities may contribute information through the wherewework.hu platform.

2. GENERAL TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
2.1 These Terms of Access and Use outline the rules for operating and using the Site. Compliance with these Terms is mandatory for all users, whether or not they create an account or utilize any service provided by the Site.
2.2 Definitions used in this document:
"Company" or "We/Us" refers to UNDELUCRAM S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity headquartered at Str. Arch. Grigore Cerchez No. 6, District 1, Bucharest, Romania (Trade Registry No. J40/3977/2017, VAT No. 37266398, Email: [email protected]). The Company is the exclusive operator of the Website.
"User" or "You" refers to any individual or representative of a legal entity who accesses and uses wherewework.hu, either by creating a user account or customizing an existing Employer profile.
"Visitor" means any individual who accesses and uses the wherewework.hu website without creating a user account.
"Employer" means any legal entity that has a profile created on the Site, regardless of whether the profile has been customized.
"Site", "Project", or "wherewework.hu" refers to the website governed by these Terms.
2.3 By using the Site, we aim to:
Provide information about the Hungarian work environment based on insights from individuals who have had professional interactions with listed Hungarian Employers;
Deliver public and accessible information across various fields related to the labor market, such as human resources, employment, compensation, taxation, and related subjects;
Organize content into structured formats like articles (sourced internally or externally) and discussion forums;
Enable Employers to customize their public profiles by posting job openings, internship opportunities, company presentations, and centralizing user-submitted evaluations, salary, and benefit data;
Offer Users the ability to upload résumés, evaluate their professional experiences with specific Employers, and share information regarding compensation and benefits.
2.4 These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any legal disputes arising from the use of the Site will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
3.1 Certain areas or functionalities of the wherewework.hu website may require Users to register an account. Registration entails completing the form provided on the website, including your full name, email address, and city of residence. Users may alternatively register via a social media account. Upon submitting and verifying this information, an email confirmation will be sent to the address provided, and Users must accept these Terms of Access and Use to complete the registration process.
By registering, you confirm that the information provided is truthful and agree to maintain its accuracy over time. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify user-submitted information.
3.2 Each account is protected by a password chosen by the User. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and, accordingly, for all activities that occur under your account. If unauthorized use is suspected, you must notify the Site administrators immediately. Users are required to properly log out of their accounts after each session.
Only one account is allowed per User. Sharing your account or using another person’s account is strictly prohibited. Users must protect their login credentials and access data. The Site and its operator are not liable for unauthorized data usage, loss, or breaches resulting from failure to adhere to access and security protocols.
3.3 Registration Requirements:
I. Users must be at least 16 years old (the legal minimum age for entering employment).
II. All submitted data must be truthful and current.
3.4 Use of the Site implies acceptance of our terms concerning the confidentiality and protection of personal data. Prior to submitting any personal information, including email addresses, you will be required to explicitly accept this Terms of Access and Use, which incorporates our privacy policy.
In compliance with Hungarian data protection laws, including Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information, the Site guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data submitted by Users. No such data shall be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
3.5 By providing your contact and personal information, you consent to being contacted for matters related to your inquiries, subject to the exceptions outlined below. Our user database is not shared with third parties, except under the specific conditions detailed herein.
4. USER CONDUCT AND USAGE RULES
4.1 The Site provides Users with the opportunity to share impressions and experiences acquired during their employment or any contractual relationship with an organization. Users may post comments within the section of the Site dedicated to information about employers.
4.2 The accuracy and truthfulness of all information, data, and messages are the sole responsibility of the User who posts them. The Site assumes no obligation to verify the truthfulness or legality of posted content.
4.3 By posting a comment, you agree not to submit content that:
Violates any law in effect in Hungary, including those relating to defamation, privacy rights, honor, reputation, intellectual property, or confidentiality;
Is obscene, abusive, defamatory, threatening, violent, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or offensive to religious beliefs, or otherwise encourages illegal activity;
Constitutes a personal attack, is intended to discredit individuals, or portrays someone in a deliberately negative light;
Is considered spam, promotional in nature, or contains unauthorized advertising, unless specifically allowed by the Site.
4.4 Please use correct Hungarian grammar (with full words, accents, and proper sentence structure) and avoid chat-style language. Review your text before posting to ensure clarity.
4.5 Avoid excessive quoting of previous comments. Only cite relevant parts and include the name, ID, or nickname of the original author. Pure quotes without added value or without citing the source will be deleted. It is prohibited to use a former employer's name, brand, or personal website URL as a username or nickname—except in the case of officially representing the employer.
4.6 The approved contributions (e.g., reviews, compensation info, interview details) can be edited or deleted by the author within 48 hours of posting. After this period, content cannot be modified. A user may re-evaluate the same employer only after six months have passed since the previous review.
4.7 By publishing a comment, you grant us a non-exclusive license for the maximum period permitted by law to reproduce, distribute, and use the comment within Hungary for purposes related to promoting the Site. No monetary compensation will be provided for such use.
4.8 Any violation of these obligations may result in removal of your content and/or restriction of access to the Site. This does not imply endorsement or liability on our part for any user-submitted content.
4.9 By accepting these Terms, you agree to indemnify the Company against any direct or indirect damages resulting from unlawful content you publish.
4.10 The following are prohibited:
Reproducing, copying, or otherwise exploiting Site content without our prior written consent;
Downloading or copying data for use by another business;
Using data-mining tools, bots, or similar technologies to extract content.
4.11 Uploading viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or launching any form of attack against the Site is strictly forbidden. Suspected criminal activity will be reported to the authorities.
5. MODERATION AND APPROVAL OF CONTENT
5.1 The Site aims to serve as a resource for job seekers and employers alike. wherewework.hu remains neutral in all user communication and does not verify the truthfulness of submitted messages or user-contributed data (e.g., reviews, salary info, or interview reports). Users are responsible for the accuracy of their contributions.
5.2 Site moderators will review submitted content and approve only those entries that clearly comply with the Terms. In doing so, moderators:
Apply identical standards to all contributions, regardless of whether they originate from employees, former employees, or employer representatives;
Ensure that submitted information is useful and relevant to visitors;
May reject vague, unsubstantiated, or off-topic entries.
5.3 We reserve the right not to publish contributions that violate the Terms or that, in our judgment, may harm the Site, its partners, or any third party.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 wherewework.hu does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or timeliness of any content displayed on the Site. We do not assess the truthfulness of user communications and assume no responsibility for the content published by Users. However, we provide mechanisms for registered Users and Employers to formally respond to false or misleading information by contacting the Site or exercising their right of reply.
If you believe your legal rights have been infringed by any content on the Site, please contact us at [email protected] and include relevant supporting documentation. Please note that any complaint must not infringe upon the legally protected rights of others, including freedom of expression and access to information. We encourage Users to exercise their right of reply before requesting content removal.
