Main Responsibilities:
- Create employee contracts and handle all necessary steps in the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring coordination with stakeholders.
- Manage employee job changes in Workday and other related systems.
- Administer termination processes and ensure smooth, compliant offboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date information across HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Handle all documents related to lifecycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving).
- Respond to general employee queries (Level 1) via phone or ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Sanofi’s internal policies, GDPR, and French labor law.
- Complete tasks according to the global Core Model and operational KPIs.
- Participate in local/global projects and support the implementation of new initiatives.
- Provide support and training to new joiners or current team members if needed.
Requirements:
Languages:
- Fluent, negotiation level English and French (minimum C1 level) are mandatory.
- Knowledge of any additional European language is a plus.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with an interest in HR are welcome.
- Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.
Skills:
- Familiarity with HRIS/HCM systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Team player, able to collaborate across functions and with frontline HR teams.
Education:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
