WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Actively participating in the production line transfers from technology point of view
- Supervising one of the following competencies; screw tightening, welding, pressing, EOL testing
- Planning complete production and testing processes
- Support the optimization of existing production layouts and workstations
- Support with technology planning incl. feasibility studies, technology trials
- Acting as an interface with development and production planning for international projects
- Creation of production-related documents, such as Work plans and Work instruction
- Participate in FMEA and Business Excellence workshops
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, manufacturing/industrial engineering or comparable
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in Lean Management/5S, as well as in the creation and optimization of layouts
- Experience with the following technologies; screw tightening, welding, pressing, etc.
- Initial experience in project management
- Very good written and spoken English and Hungarian skills, German is a plus
- Openness, solution-orientation and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel and intercultural skills
