WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Actively participating in the production line transfers from LEAN point of view
- Lead the optimization of existing production layouts and workstations
- Creating VSM models for the production lines
- Realization of layouts via AutoCAD and other layout planning softwares
- Planning complete production and testing processes
- Interface communication with development and production planning for international projects
- Creation of production-related documents, such as Work plans and Work instructions
- Participate at FMEA and Business Excellence workshops
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, manufacturing/industrial engineering or comparable
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in Lean Management/5S/Business excellence
- Experience in the creation and optimization of layouts
- Eperience with the following technologies; screw tightening, welding, pressing, etc.
- Initial experience in project management
- Very good written and spoken English and Hungarian skills, German is a plus
- Openness, solution-orientation and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel and intercultural skills
