You will have the following responsibilities:
- Participate in Yettel Hungary’s transformation projects and ensure service operation and service management requirements are fulfilled.
- Reseach industry best practice and incorporate ITSM innovations to transformational project.
- Create, maintain, and improve Yettel’s IT Service Management processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Management etc.)
- Support Yettel Hungary’s project to develop business cases and calculate Total cost of ownerships.
- Participate in Yettel Hungary’s projects to ensure operational readiness and hand over to operation processes.
- Manage daily activities of IT services delivered by CETIN Hungary (CETIN) or other service provider.
- Take care of daily operational level relationship with CETIN stakeholders including operations management, finance, legal and sourcing.
- Manage the implementation of SOWs and roles and responsibilities across the organization and suppliers.
- Monitor, report, analyse and escalate on service alignment (including service levels).
- Take care of contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain documentations.
- Ensure that our external service providers meet and exceed specific service metrics.
- Participate in IT Feedback loop to channel back operational experiences to IT Development or other organization in IT Value chain in order to increase efficiency and increase user experience.
- Initiate transformational activities to improve technical and financial operational efficiencies.
- Participate in service decommission activities.
- Supporting activities (SOW, SLA and OLA negotiations, Evaluation and selection processes).
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have/are:
- At least bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-5 years of work experience.
- Experience in service operations, service delivery.
- Experience managing external service providers in a complex multinational company group environment.
- Working ITIL knowledge and practice.
- Service Management experience with at least three of the following processes: incidents, problem, service request, change management, demand management, capacity management, SLA management.
- Highly analytical and structured thinker with the ability to transform it into service-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Strong service delivery skills and relationship management skills.
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, gain their confidence and persuade them to cooperate with initiatives where it is required.
- A “consultant” mindset with the ability to drive strategy execution and influence realization, motivated by influencing high level decisions.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- MS Excel / PowerBI and data analytics skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in team.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian both in oral and written.
