What we are looking for
Rheinmetall Advanced Technology Solutions Hungary Kft., a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for a Supply Chain Team Leader for performing the following main tasks:
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating production workflow
- Scheduling test productions in collaboration with the quality department
- Participating in daily shopfloor meetings
- Collaborating with production shift leaders, material planners and the logistics department
- Proactively communicating risks of on-time completion of production schedule to allow mitigation
- Planning and prioritising operation to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Reporting on the production status and any production issue to upper management
- Handling production disruptions and productivity problems
- Align with strategies and company goals
- Reporting to the Head of Department
- Leading the Supply Chain Planning team
What qualifications you should have
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of economics or similar
- Min 5 years of production planning experience
- ERP system knowledge, deep experience in production planning in SAP is highly preferred
- Key user background in SAP PP is a great advantage
- Fluency in English and Hungarian, German is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of common standard SW applications (e.g. MS-Office, SAP)
- Ablility to handle complex scheduling requirements even off ERP
- Leadership skills
